Three-Cup Stir-Fried Black Oyster Mushrooms

Ingredients:
Black Oyster Mushrooms, as needed
Sliced ginger, as needed
Scallions, as needed
4 cloves garlic
Time: 20 minutes
Steps:
Clean and dry the Black Oyster Mushrooms, then dry-fry them in a hot pan with a little oil. Once fragrant, remove and set aside.
In a preheated wok, add sesame oil and sauté the garlic, scallions, and ginger until fragrant.
Add the pre-cooked mushrooms back into the pan. Then, add 3 cups: sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice wine. If the flavor is too salty, adjust with a little sugar.
Stir-fry for a bit more to allow the sauce to reduce and coat the mushrooms, then serve!
