Black Oyster Mushroom Tamagoyaki
Serves 2
Ingredients:
Black oyster mushrooms (Tiger mushrooms) – appropriate amount
3 eggs
Salt – to taste
1/3 cup milk
Time: 15 minutes
Instructions:
Prepare the egg mixture by beating the eggs with chopsticks until frothy. Cut the washed and blanched black oyster mushrooms into small cubes and set aside.
Heat the pan for about one minute, then lightly coat it with butter. Pour in the egg mixture, swirling the pan to spread it evenly.
Once the first layer of egg begins to set, add the mushroom filling on top.
Roll it up, then pour in another layer of egg mixture and add more mushroom filling.
Roll the second layer up slowly and combine it with the first, then remove from the pan.
