Chilled Black Fungus and Black Oyster Mushrooms Salad
4 servings

Ingredients:
1 package black fungus
Black oyster mushrooms, shredded (appropriate amount)

Sauce:
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp black vinegar


Aromatic Ingredients:
Minced garlic (appropriate amount)
Minced ginger (appropriate amount)
Chili (appropriate amount)
Fresh coriander (appropriate amount)
Minced green onion (appropriate amount)

Time: 15 minutes

Instructions:
Wash and drain the black fungus and black oyster mushrooms, then blanch them in boiling water until cooked.
Do not cut the fungus and mushrooms before blanching; put them in the pot whole.
After blanching, immediately transfer them to ice-cold water to chill.
Slice the black fungus and shred the black oyster mushrooms. Add them to the sauce and aromatic ingredients.
After adding the black fungus and black oyster mushrooms, mix everything well with the sauce. Seal the container and refrigerate for 2 hours. Enjoy as a refreshing appetizer or snack!
