Lion's Mane Mushroom Dumplings

Lion's Mane Mushroom Dumplings
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
Dumpling wrappers (as needed)
1 lb ground meat (or fish paste)
Lion’s mane mushrooms (as needed)
A handful of cilantro
Time: 20 minutes
Instructions:
Cut lion’s mane mushrooms into small pieces, rinse, and drain thoroughly to remove excess water.
Lightly pan-fry the mushrooms with a small amount of oil until dry and fragrant.
Finely chop the cilantro and mix with the cooked mushrooms.
In a bowl, combine the mushrooms, cilantro, and 1 lb of ground meat (or fish paste) with minced shallots. Mix well to form the filling.
Prepare a small bowl of water for sealing. Fill dumpling wrappers with a spoonful of filling—don’t overfill to avoid bursting during cooking. Seal into your preferred dumpling shape.
Cook the dumplings in boiling water until they float, or pan-fry them until golden and fully cooked. Serve and enjoy this unique dumpling flavor!
